Lena joined Czarnowski & Beer LLP in 2026, bringing extensive accounting and auditing experience in both public accounting and private industry. She has served clients across a diverse range of industries, with particular expertise in the real estate sector.

Lena’s expertise includes providing audit, review, compilation, and tax services to condominium associations, cooperative housing corporations, and homeowners’ associations. Prior to joining the firm, Lena held positions in both public accounting firms and private organizations, giving her a perspective on financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and the operational challenges.

Lena earned her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Brooklyn College and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. Outside of the office, Lena enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, traveling, and sports. She is based in Brooklyn, New York.
