Fred has over 40 years of experience and, with his executive-level business, finance, accounting, technology and problem-solving skills, a track record of proven success working with clients across numerous sectors and industries. Fred joined Czarnowski & Beer in 2018.

As Quality Review Manager at C&B, he is responsible for ensuring all financial statements and related deliverables meet industry, professional, and firm standards; and oversees the firm’s compliance operations.

Fred has also served as adjunct faculty at Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, NY, teaching related topics such as accounting, statistics, and information technology; while also authoring numerous articles on and making presentations about technology-related issues nationwide.
