Stephen William Beer CPA/PFS/CSSA is the Senior Managing Partner at Czarnowski & Beer. He serves an extensive clientele of over 200 buildings providing enhanced services such as long term budgeting and refinancing. He periodically authors articles for professional and industry journals and lectures on timely topics directed toward unit owners. As a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, he has served on several committees related to real estate issues. He has also served on the Queens Borough President’s Task Force on Cooperatives and Condominiums.
