Daniel joined Czarnowski & Beer in 2025 bringing over 25 years of experience in real estate audit and tax, with extensive expertise across the condominium, cooperative, retail, development, and industrial sectors. His background includes senior roles in both public and private accounting, providing him with a broad and well-rounded perspective on the industry.

Daniel is a highly knowledgeable real estate auditor and tax professional, recognized for his ability to identify complex accounting and tax issues, develop effective solutions, and provide strategic guidance to clients. He has extensive experience providing detailed financial audits, conducting due diligence for property acquisitions and advising on regulatory compliance.  His analytical skills, combined with comprehensive industry knowledge, allow him to deliver practical insights that help clients optimize operations, mitigate risk and enhance financial performance.

Daniel has a B.A. in Accounting from Brooklyn College and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. Daniel and his wife are proud parents to a lively household of boys. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching football, reading up on financial markets, and hiking.
